Varkhel is an online action RPG for Android and PC, made by a solo developer. This page says what the game stores about you, why, and how you remove it. Contact: contact@varkhel.com.

What we store

Your account: your e-mail address and display name. We store your password only as a one-way hash; we can never read it.
Your game: your level, experience, gold, items, potions, materials, skill tree, the characters you unlocked, and your world progress (puzzles solved, chests opened, fights won).
Sign-in tokens that keep you signed in on your device.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising ID. The game has no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics.

Why

The game's progress lives on our server: it grants your rewards and keeps your character the same on every device. We use the data only to run the game and to answer you if you write to us. We never sell it or share it with anyone.

Where and how long

The data sits on our own server and travels encrypted (HTTPS). Your game also keeps a copy of your world progress on your device. We keep everything until you delete your account. Database backups, kept on the same server, are deleted after 30 days.

Deleting your account

In the game: Options → Delete account in the lobby, then press again to confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted at once. If you cannot open the game, write to contact@varkhel.com from your account's e-mail address. See Delete your account.

Children

Varkhel is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to contact@varkhel.com.

Website

varkhel.com sets no cookies. Our fonts come from our own site. A YouTube video loads only when you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com.

Konumunu, rehberini, fotoğraflarını ya da reklam kimliğini toplamayız. Oyunda reklam, üçüncü taraf takip ya da analitik yoktur.

Neden

Oyunun ilerlemesi sunucumuzda durur: ödüllerini o verir ve karakterin her cihazda aynı kalır. Verileri yalnızca oyunu çalıştırmak ve bize yazdığında cevap vermek için kullanırız. Kimseye satmaz, kimseyle paylaşmayız.

Nerede ve ne kadar

Veriler kendi sunucumuzda durur ve şifreli (HTTPS) taşınır. Oyun, dünya ilerlemenin bir kopyasını cihazında da tutar. Hesabını silene kadar saklarız. Aynı sunucuda tutulan veritabanı yedekleri 30 gün sonra silinir.

Hesabını silmek

Oyunda: lobide Ayarlar → Hesabı sil, onaylamak için tekrar bas. Hesabın ve bütün verilerin hemen silinir. Oyunu açamıyorsan hesabının e-posta adresinden contact@varkhel.com adresine yaz. Ayrıca bkz. Hesabını sil.

Çocuklar

Varkhel 13 yaşından küçükler için yapılmamıştır; onların verisini bilerek toplamayız.

Hakların

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında hakkında tuttuğumuz veriyi sorabilir, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteyebilirsin. contact@varkhel.com adresine yaz.
